This drafting exercise was led previously by Paul McGrady, whose term on the Council has ended at the AGM. Currently, Martin Silva Valent and John McElwaine have volunteered for this team.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>In brief, the small team of Councilors prepared a draft, which resulted in a handful of agreed edits from the Council. That revised draft was sent to the GAC for their review and suggested edits. The GAC returned feedback shortly before ICANN66, which was discussed several times during multiple meetings.
