<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">The GNSO Council has been invited by the Nominating Committee (NomCom) to review the skillsets and traits that the GNSO Council seeks in NomCom appointees. For this particular cycle, the NomCom
will appoint a single non-voting member to the GNSO Council, who is not affiliated with a specific house.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">Staff has extracted the criteria used by the NomCom in 2019 for GNSO appointees (here:

leadership has already reviewed and made some suggested edits, which you will find in suggestion mode. The deadline to return the Council’s selection criteria to the NomCom is 14 December.
