<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">After having experimented with the Zoom webinar room during ICANN67 for the GNSO Council April meeting, it was decided to keep the format moving forward for all GNSO Council monthly meetings.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">For councilors, this changes very little. Upon arriving in the Zoom room, staff will promote you to panelists and you will be able to activate your microphones and take part in the chat as per usual.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">For observers, this means there will no longer be the need to connect to an audiocast, they will enter the room and be able to observe the Council meeting. They will not however be allowed to type in the chat
or activate their microphones.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
