<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Whilst content remains unchanged, the form aspect has been improved. There will also therefore be a formatting change to the GNSO Council Absence notification email which is circulated to the GNSO Council
mailing list once such a form has been completed. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
