that “…<i>it is not possible to make a determination</i>”<a style="mso-footnote-id:ftn1" href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title=""><sup><sup><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">[1]</span></sup></sup></a>
based only on the level of detail in ICANN’s UAM proposal. The Belgian DPA clarified that policy questions around “<i>who gets access to what, and under what conditions, for how long, as well as other relevant safeguards</i>”<a style="mso-footnote-id:ftn2" href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title=""><sup><sup><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">[2]</span></sup></sup></a>
