committee: as agreed during our call, GNSO Council leadership discussed the topic with the leaders in SGs/Cs and whether the SSC is the appropriate mechanism for this. SGs/Cs agreed to utilize the SSC, but recommended that additional supporting materials or
GNSO-specific guidance be developed to help guide the SSC in its selection process.
