This draft is still work in progress, but we wanted to share the latest version by the Motions and Documents deadline. The SCBO is scheduled to meet next on 10 Feb 2021 to finalize the draft and deliver the final version back to the Council on 11 Feb 2021. Comment submissions are due 15 Feb 2021.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As with prior years, the planning schedule does not allow the Council to consider a final version by the public comment due date and February’s scheduled Council meeting.
