for the latest version) and the Council is eager to abide by its planning. If the proposed framework is not the path chosen to address these projects, the Council and GNSO community will need to urgently think of an alternative approach, which is why this
topic has been added to the Council agenda for the meeting on 24 March, so that the Council can consider feedback received and appropriate next steps. We hope this explanation provides further clarification.<o:p></o:p></p>
