As Jeff notes, the Council has in the past only elected to provide a response to GAC Advice. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>For Councilors that may be new to this process, the Council’s review and response in regards to the communique is delivered to the ICANN Board, for the Board to have available when considering the GAC Advice.
