        <b>BEFORE</b> the call. There is a document, and there are

        comments on the document you might want to address. If no one

        has issues with the document or with my responses to comments

        made to the document, then we won't have much to discuss. I

        don't have any slides to present. The document itself will be

        our reference point.<br>
