Dear All,

Thank you for joining the Cross-Community Working Group on the use of
country and territory names as TLDs. Following consultations with the
Co-Chairs for this WG (Paul Szyndler, ccNSO and Heather Forrest / Ching
Chiao, GNSO), the first meeting of the Working Group has been scheduled for
Tuesday 10 June at 7.00 am UTC (call details will be circulated shortly).
The proposed agenda for this first meeting is as follows:
1. Roll Call
2. Welcome and Introductions (Co-Chairs)
3. Review of Charter and Study Group on the use of names for Countries and
Territories Final Report (Paul)
4. Discuss next steps and confirm next meeting F2F meeting in London (All)
You are strongly encouraged to review the charter and final report of the
study group which have been posted on the web-site prior to the meeting (see
http://ccnso.icann.org/workinggroups/ccwg-unct.htm). You can also find the
list of members on that same page. Please also note that a F2F meeting has
been tentatively scheduled for Thursday 26 June at 8.00 am to take place
during the ICANN meeting in London remote participation will be available
for those not attending.

Best regards,

Bart Boswinkel (ccNSO Policy Staff Support) & Marika Konings (GNSO Policy
