[Ctn-crosscom] UPDATED questionnaire 3-letter codes

Dear Colin, dear all,
Thanks already to those that have provided feedback and of course, some
encouragement to others to follow suit. I will collate all comments
received and sent out a first version of these collated comments on Friday
in time for Monday¹s call - that we will update as we go along and more
responses come in.
