[Ctn-crosscom] ISO 3166-1 and IDN ccTLD

Thank you Mirjana for this interesting information. Does it mean that the 2
letter code for Serbia is not being used as a ccTLD? This would dilute a
little bit the line between 2 and 3 letter codes in our present discussion.
