[Ctn-crosscom] IMPORTANT Monday's Meeting deferred to 7 December

Dear all,

Due to the fact that the ccNSO submission deadline is on Monday, the
co-Chairs have asked to defer Monday¹s meeting by a week to 7 December 21:00
UTC. An invitation update will follow soon.

Absent any objections, I suggest the next three CWG-UCTN meeting times as
follows:

21 December 2015 21:00 UTC
11 January 2016 21:00 UTC
