[Ctn-crosscom] Draft Letter and Agenda

Dear all,

Please find attached the proposed draft letter to be sent out to the
leadership of all of ICANN¹s Supporting Organisations and Advisory
Committees, as well as the GNSO¹s Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies. You
can submit any comments to the mailing list or collect them for Monday¹s
call.

Here is the proposed agenda for what should be a short call on Monday:

1. Welcome
2. Letter to SO/AC and SG/C for input on 3-character codes
3. Agree on methodology and timeline for bringing together historical /
current rules and policies on 3-letter codes
4. AOB and next meeting
5. Closure of Meeting
