Thanks for this reminder, there was a small point I wanted to report
earlier but Due to my travels lately I forgot. I only scanned the
report but noticed something odd on page 9 in the text about the ISO
procedure, second. This now says:

        
        > The ISO body responsible for the standard 3166 is the Technical
        > Committee 46, systems etc. (ISO/TC 46/WG2). Minor changes to the
        > standard and updates to the code tables in the standard are the
        > responsibility of a dedicated Maintenance Agency (ISO3166/MA). 

Especially the bit about "systems etc." doesn't make sense and I can
only assume that a botched cut-and-paste action caused this.
I propsed to change this into:

	The ISO body responsible for the standard 3166 is the Working
	group 2 "Coding of country names and related entities" of the
	Technical Committee 46 "Information and documentation" (ISO/TC 46/WG2).	Minor changes to the standard and updates to the code tables
	in the standard are the responsibility of a dedicated
	Maintenance Agency (ISO 3166/MA).
