Sorry Eduardo if I misunderstood the nature of your question. As I however understand it E1 is all about the ‘Stakeholder Community/Member group’ that through the work of CCWG will obtain certain rights with regard to ‘overrule’ board decisions. The exact way how this group will be organized and trough what means they will be able to overrule the board is the work of the CCWG.For us it is only necessary to flag to them that they have to come up with such a solution.

I disagree. My question was based on the fact that it was indicated by Sidley that you need to have members in order to be recognized to appoint board members (and for that matter on matters of by-law changes). It really does not have to do with specific ACs or SOs. Members can be one person or a  group of people.

There was one other (non-duplicative) question from Eduardo Diaz which I believe is not included in the compilation:

Section E.1.b: Currently, ACs and SOs elect members to the ICANN board without having a "personhood" as described in E.2. So, If this can be done today why it can not be done in the future? and for that matter why the other items in E.1 (i.e. a, c & d) can not be done in the future as well?
