[client com] CWG Discussions for the consideration of counsel

Sidley Team:

Over the last few days, there have been several questions and a couple of
robust email exchanges on the CWG list that I think merit attention and
response from counsel in order to facilitate knowledgeable discussion and
weighing of options by the group as we hit the home stretch.  I am
attaching the most lengthy one here, on the composition and duties of the
Board of PTI.
