Our decision making protocol requires 2 members to make that decision, and at least one needs to be a CWG co-chair.  I recommend that Sidley be directed to respond to the attached and to each subsequent document I send along, extracting mailing list discussions.  If Jonathan or Lise agrees, you can go ahead.  They should be waking soon, so it should not be too long before you have an answer.

That said, I expect the answer to be yes, so (if I may be so bold) you could get a head start on responding if you wish.

A second (shorter and less complex) exchange will follow in a moment.

Over the last few days, there have been several questions and a couple of robust email exchanges on the CWG list that I think merit attention and response from counsel in order to facilitate knowledgeable discussion and weighing of options by the group as we hit the home stretch.  I am attaching the most lengthy one here, on the composition and duties of the Board of PTI.
