Lise and I have discussed this and we recommend the following with respect to scheduling:

 

1.       Participation on Thursday @ 11h00 is not necessary since the call will not go ahead

2.       A brief client committee call on Thursday @ 14h00 may be useful to discuss current status and plans (although Lise is not available)

3.       There will a CWG call on Thursday next week (30th @ 11h00 UTC) 
and 
a client committee meeting is currently scheduled on the same day at 14h00UTC (this one is TBC)

 

I think that’s it for now.

Can you let us know whether you would like us to participate on the Thursday April 23 11.00 UTC call.

 

Also, will the Sidley legal structure be used further such that we should update that document for current CWG thinking?

 

Lastly, there are a handful of questions raised in the string of emails that Greg circulated last night/today.  Would you like us to address those on a call or send an email response?  Some of these are not so much legal questions as points of consideration for the CWG (e.g., what is the optimal size of the PTI board; should its mandate be broad or narrow, etc.)

Following on Sharon's email a few minutes ago, we should determine where we may need Sidley on the rest of the week's calls.  I believe the schedule is as follows:

 

Thursday 23 April 11.00 UTC: CWG-IANA Call (2 hrs)

Thursday 23 April 14.00 UTC: Client Committee Call (1 hr)

 

I note that the 23 April CWG call may be changed due to overlap with one of the CCWG's high intensity meetings.  Do we know yet how this will be handled?
