Dear Holly & Sharon,

 

On behalf of the CWG and through the Client Committee of the CWG, we would
like to formally instruct you to proceed to work on a first draft of the
ICANN bylaws as they pertain to the output and conclusions of the CWG.

 

In addition, please can you ensure you undertake this work in co-ordination
with ICANN legal and the related work arising from the CCWG on ICANN bylaw
development and modification.

 

Based on your previous work on the matrix of bylaws work, it should be clear
as to the scope of this instruction. However, if it is not, please do come
back to us for clarification.
