Dear Client Committee,

 

As a follow-up to today’s IOTF discussion around document review process and timeline, please see attached the slide discussed.


It was suggested on today’s call that this slide be forwarded to Sidley with an ask for Sidley to review and inform the Client Committee where in this process they believe their involvement would be most effective. As a reminder, this process and timeline would apply to PTI Bylaws, PTI Articles of Incorporation, ICANN-PTI contract and SOW, RZERC charter, and possibly PTI conflict of interest policy.
