A reminder to all that formal instructions to Sidley should come from the client committee. That said, it does seem pragmatic for Sidley to undertake this work as soon as possible.

It seems to me that there are two points for review as follows:


1.      Are the proposed terms, as reflected in the summaries, consistent with the CWG proposal.

2.      Are there any other key points in the proposed terms, as reflected in the summaries, that the CWG should consider variations of.
(e.g. term limits, right of removal granted to ICANN)

Providing that the above instructions are satisfactory to the Client Committee, I suggest that Sidley undertake the work on that basis and we simply communicate this to the broader CWG.

Thanks. We can review this summary against the CWG proposal to see if it is consistent. What is the plan/timeline for drafting the PTI governing documents to which this summary relates?

Also, we still aren't clear on the process for the ICANN-PTI Contract. Could you please advise?
