Client Committee,

I am forwarding a series of emails relating to comments by Kavouss Arasteh
on the Community Agreement. While there were numerous emails on the
subject, I will only forward those that are of substantive interest to this
group and which potentially aid Sidley in advising the CWG on these
comments, should it be determined that Sidley should undertake such review
and advice. This first email contains the comments.

Greg

Dear All,
No matter who made the changes, I am commenting on the text not on the
author's identity.
I have had to convert the PDF in word and have done my verifications and
attached my comments
There are serious problems in some of the terms.
I have indicated all in terms of deletion with reasons and/or with comments
in round bracket.
Regartds
Kavouss
