[client com] Agreement for transfer of IPR from ICANN to the IETF Trust

Here is a draft of the Assignment document proposed by the IETF Trust.  I
have reviewed it only for a nanosecond, and my first impression is that
it's much longer than I expected it to be.  I was thinking more of a simple
conveyancing document (suitable for recording at the USPTO) and not
something that starts to resemble an Asset Purchase Agreement.  But don't
let me prejudice your review (and I'll try to review it with an open mind
as well).
