[client com] IETF Topics for Discussion

Dear Client Committee,

Attached is a draft set of topics for discussion with the IETF Trust on Tuesday.  Given that we only have one hour for the call, we want to avoid bogging down in “legal” review.  As such, we have not included references to specific agreement or principal terms sections in this document; rather we have broken it into two sections, the diligence review, and a discussion of key issues.  Our goal would be to see if we can reach alignment on “guiding principles” for the IETF Trusts stewardship of the IP.  Then we can provide our markups consistent with those principles.

Please review and provide any comments, with the goal being to get this out on Monday to the IETF Trust.
