Thanks Greg!  I’ve attached a clean revised draft, and a version showing only the incremental changes from your draft Greg.  I accepted all your changes, but eliminated some of the redundant statements for brevity.  I agree that we should frame the dispute resolution discussion vis a vis the Community as an affirmative obligation to provide some means of redress for Community grievances (and not as a question).

See attached, and if there are no further comments from the Client Committee, this may be ready for forwarding.

Attached is a draft set of topics for discussion with the IETF Trust on Tuesday.  Given that we only have one hour for the call, we want to avoid bogging down in “legal” review.
