Thank-you. We will do. We have a CWG meeting today so there may be further clarity through that.
Also, we have clearly flagged with the ICANN implementation staff that there are concerns with the mechanics and timing of dealing with the matters you refer to below and so, they need to be mindful of that.

I do not recall that we explicitly invited you to our CWG meeting today although we did, in principle, commit to your closer involvement over the forthcoming period.
We are scheduled to meet at 16h00 UTC today. The first part of our agenda deals with implementation and then legally related matters.

Therefore, Lise and I have discussed that it will be helpful to all if you could attend for the first hour of the call i.e. from 16h00 UTC to 17h00 UTC.
I realise that this is short notice and that you are likely to only see it first thing your time and apologise for that.

Dear All,

Please let us know if there is any update on timing of when we will see drafts of the PTI governance documents.  Also, will we see term sheets for the PTI Contract and be asked to comment on those?  If so, when should we expect to see those?

Also, on our last call there was reference to an IPR document.  Any update on timing of that?

We just want to be sure we have resources available when these documents come in to us for review.
