Please refer to this redline instead. The redlines in the file I
previously circulated were marked against an older version and not the
version that Josh had circulated on 7 September. This file contains
redlines marked against the correct version.

Chuck, to answer your question, the secondment language is in Schedule A.
The text as proposed by Sidley in the 7 September draft was bracketed
pending ICANN’s review. ICANN has accepted the language and the brackets
are removed in this 14 September draft.
