I’ve worked with IT to try and resolve this. We’ve determined that this is an issue generated on the Sidley server, mainly because mailman is an older mailing list system and newer systems may interact with mailman differently. We’ve put in place a change to the configuration of the list, and this should solve the issues we are facing. We’ll test this for a week.
