Agreement certainly would result in a valid transfer of the applicable IP to the IETF Trust. That seems to be the most important issue for CWG and the community proposal. If ICANN is willing to provide the protections and indemnity requested by the IETF
Trust β or itβs not willing to do so β I think I am indifferent either way. But perhaps I am missing something.
