or principal terms sections in this document; rather we have broken it into two sections, the diligence review, and a discussion of key issues. Our goal would be to see if we can reach alignment on “guiding principles” for the IETF Trusts stewardship of the
IP. Then we can provide our markups consistent with those principles.<u></u><u></u></p>
