<div>Services Agreement – ICANN reverted to Sidley a revised draft of the Services Agreement last Friday. The revised draft reflects edits previously discussed with Sidley to address issues raised. Early this morning, ICANN received a new redline draft from
Sidley. ICANN will review and revert to Sidley.</div>

<div>Naming Function Agreement – ICANN reverted to Sidley a revised draft of the Naming Function Agreement yesterday. The revised draft addressed several issues previously raised by Sidley as well as Paul Kane/Becky Burr/Stephen Deerhake.</div>
