However, as the deadline for meeting request forms is 27 August, we will need to complete this request now. As such, the proposal would be to tentatively request a meeting for Monday 13 October from 12.15 – 13.45 for this meeting. If you have any significant concerns about the proposed time / date, please let me know as soon as possible.
