noting that the CWG may already start conversations before that time. However, as the deadline for meeting request forms is 27 August, we will need to complete this request now. As such, the proposal would be to tentatively request a meeting for Monday 13
October from 12.15 – 13.45 for this meeting. If you have any significant concerns about the proposed time / date, please let me know as soon as possible. The assumption is that once the CWG is formed, it can confirm whether or not it would like to go ahead
