in subgroup (s) 3 just like they do with all subgroups in terms of facilitating progress and assisting the rapporteurs and coordinators. With regard to reaching consensus, I have always found it helpful to have a small group of leaders that consult with one
another in decision making and in particular in evaluating consensus levels. As we get closer to that point and even in the meantime, the team of Greg, Jonathan and Lise can collaborate together in their respective leadership roles and there may be other
leaders that surface who can join them in their leadership and facilitation roles for subgroup(s) 3.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
