Understand Milton.  But I still think it would be helpful to know what languages are needed now. More could be added later as needed.

The problem is that this WG is required to be open and transparent. People may be coming in to it over the next month or so. How can they know whether they want to participate if there is a language barrier at this stage? How can they ask for translation services if they are not participating yet? Chicken and egg?
