[CWG-Stewardship] Provision of translation services - Participation and Outreach

Although I personally don't need interpretation services for the CWG
meeting, I would appreciate if ICANN could provide translation of the
documents that will be placed in the repository into Spanish. I hold
webinars and list serve exchanges with ccTLDs in LAC and documentation
in Spanish is a good way to facilitate outreach.
Personally, I believe that all the documents that will be in this
repository should be translated into the UN languages as a gesture of
inclusion.

How can they know whether they want to participate if there is a language barrier at this stage? How can they ask for translation services if they are not participating yet? Chicken and egg?
