[CWG-Stewardship] Provision of translation services - Participation and Outreach

I am already one of the members of this CWG who asked for interpretation
services.
I am Spanish speaker.
I think if I want to invite people from my region to participate and
involve in this complicated process, we have to offer interpretation
services in the calls and in the F2F meetings.
So answering Chuck's question, we can begin offering Spanish
interpretation.
