[CWG-Stewardship] F2F meeting in November

Hello,

Just to indicate here again, I will like to humbly request that arrival be
19th and meeting to run 20/21 be considered so we attempt to leave evening
of 21st.

Nevertheless I guess securing visa within the short time period is the main
challenge at the moment.
