[CWG-Stewardship] DT Status Overview

Hi Olivier, apologies, that was still a left over from when we had Red Team down as DT O. It has now been added to the list as a stand alone effort and the IANA budget DT became DT O, but obviously the reference was not updated accordingly. I'll get this fixed asap.
