[CWG-Stewardship] DT content submission example

Dear All,

As discussed during today's meeting, please find attached the example template of DT M. All design teams are encouraged to follow a similar format to provide their content i.e. a high level summary for inclusion in the short form proposal and the details complementing the high level summary in the form of annexes for inclusion in the long form proposal as this will facilitate building the proposal following the 10 April deadline.
