[CWG-Stewardship] draft 3.0 comments

Dear colleagues,

I have read the 3.0 draft of the transition plan.  I have a comment.


In section IV.C item 2, it says, "Delegation authority for the Root
Zone ceases to function, in part or in whole."  This way of stating it
is slightly confusing to me (speaking as a DNS operator).  I can work
it out, but I'd suggest that it'd be clearer to say "Authority for
delegations from the root zone ceases to function, in part or in
whole."  At least, I think that's what's meant.
