[CWG-Stewardship] Do we need a DT-X - RFP mechnsims and triggeres

Hi,

I asked this on the chat in the Adobe Connect, but want to pass the
question here as well:

If so, i assume we would need one of those templates.  Wanted to check
if that is:

- appropriate at this time
- still the process.
