Because we decided in Istanbul to go that way

MM: That's not my understanding of what was decided. What was decided in Istanbul was that Contract Co would be set aside while we explored the middle ground options. There was no point to continue discussing Contract co because we all were familiar with it. But that does not prevent us from exploring a different model that is similar (e.g., reverse hybrid).

If the reason for not discussing it is that it cannot achieve consensus, then we have to stop discussing the internal model, too.
