Please change "would" to "could" as I requested Sunday and again earlier
today (you made other changes as requested)--so the text now at page 9 will
read as follows (in regard to the External Trust Model):

The MRT, CSC and IAP *could* be the same as under the Contract Co. model or
moved (some or all functions) internally to ICANN.
