[CWG-Stewardship] Task Force Suggestions

Hi Grace,

Based on the other community proposal, may i also suggest another taskforce
for IPR relating to iana.org and IANA trademarks. While this could be a
tiny one its definitely not appropriate to be placed under SLA.
