[CWG-Stewardship] Client Committee Update

Siva,

Typically, this type of information is confidential. Law firms don't
reveal who may have approached them seeking advice, and vice versa. This
is particularly true when conversations don't proceed due to the
identification of a conflict with an existing client's interests. We would
have to go back and ask each firm to consent to revealing their name. When
we meet with the three firms on the short list, we will ask each of them
whether they will agree to have their name and their submissions made
public on this list.

Is there a particular concern or question that I can help you with? Please
let me know.

Best regards,

Greg
