[CWG-Stewardship] RFP 3 Sub-Group (AKA RFP 3b) - CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

My only intent is ministerial.  I am not trying to create any sense of
segregation, nor do I believe I havve.  If others are, you can take it up
with them, but don't attribute it to me.
