[CWG-Stewardship] SAC069: SSAC Advisory on Maintaining the Security and Stability of the IANA Functions Through the Stewardship Transition

There is a great deal in here that is relevant to our work (indeed,
virtually all of it).  In many cases, we are already deeply embroiled in
examining the issues and resolving the concerns that SAC069 highlights; in
other cases, this serves to point us to (and/or remind us of) issues that
require further or refreshed focus.

In any event, and especially since the SSAC is one of our chartering
organizations -- and one of the organizations that must approve our
proposal -- it behooves us to give SAC069 substantial consideration and
review.  Indeed, SAC069 gives us a preview of the concerns that we must
address in order to reasonably ask the SSAC to approve any proposal the CWG
puts forth.

We should give SAC069 specific attention at the eariest appropriate time.
